Hue, May 19, 2026 – On the morning of May 19, the National Conference on Family Medicine and Primary Healthcare officially opened at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy. The event brought together hundreds of leading medical experts from Vietnam and the United Kingdom (UK) to discuss strategies for developing an integrated, effective, and sustainable primary healthcare system in Vietnam.
Taking place over two days, May 19 and 20, 2026, the event was organized by Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, with the supporting partnership of Hong Anh Healthcare Group and its strategic partner, Modality Partnership (UK). This is recognized as the largest national conference on Primary Healthcare (PHC) and Family Medicine (FM) in 2026, with the attendance of representatives from the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, the Board of Rectors from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, alongside leaders from prominent medical universities and hospitals nationwide.
