OVERVIEW

We are developing a range of short, medium and long term courses for all levels of staff which will be deployed in due course.

We are deploying the 2 years "learn, earn and return" with University of Westminster in London for all medical trainees and students in Vietnam.

The two years “learn, earn and return” program in is designed by University of Westminster with the Vietnamese trainees in mind, one which will enable them to study and work in the UK. After this course, they will obtain an MSc degree by University of Westminster, and gained working experience in the healthcare facilities and hospitals in the UK. By their own choice, the trainees will have an option to continue to stay and work in the UK, or return to work in Vietnam at any healthcare settings, or at the Hong Anh Healthcare Group.

We have established the working relationships with medical schools and universities in Vietnam. In 2021 alone, we have introduced our training programs to students and lecturers at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and Hanoi Medical University to name a few. The program was introduced to at least 10 medical schools and universities in Vietnam and through various media platforms.

ADMISSION

All applicants with a bachelor degree in health science, nursing, medical, and social science in Vietnam and overseas are welcome to apply for our program.

English requirement: IELTS 6.5 or higher (writing skills require 6.0). Applicants possessing an IELTS 6.0 are encouraged to apply, and then attend the English improvement courses to reach IELTS 6.5 by the time the course starting.

THE PROGRAM

The “learn, earn and return” program is offering an opportunity to learn and obtain with an MSc in Integrative health and well-being by University of Westminster, earn a salary in year 2, and return to work in Vietnam afterward. Please follow the link below for further information on the program:

The course will commence in September every year. Applicants can apply anytime within 3 months of the course commencement. For example, if you wish to start the course in September 2023, the deadline is 31 May 2023.

FEE

The applicants will pay a part of tuition fee, but not all.

By joining our “Learn, Earn and Return” program the trainees will benefit from our supports throughout the process of studying and working in the UK as well as upon returning to work in Vietnam; tuition fee exemption and reduction, insurance and NHS charges; deposit fee exemption (at least £3,000); free from a firm commitment to work with Hong Anh Healthcare Group upon completion of the 2-year MSc program (it is optional if you wish);  The trainees can stay in the UK for two years after completing the course as a personal choice; a job is guaranteed at Hong Anh Healthcare Group if choosing to return to Vietnam; plenty of opportunities to attend our continuing professional development (CPD) programs to enhance skills and expertise; Hong Anh Healthcare Group is offering competitive salaries and benefits with a professional working environment where the applicants will work with leading experts in the medicine and healthcare sector.

We are providing full scholarships for suitable trainees. We have designed a system to retain and train all the talents in order to promote into the future leaders for the Hong Anh healthcare eco-system.

SHORT, MEDIUM AND LONG-TERM COURSES

In addition to the 2-year MSc course in connection with University of Westminster in London, we are developing several training courses, ones which will include the short, medium, and long term training programs for our trainees and staff in the UK, Vietnam and elsewhere.
